I don't have my cottage any more. Sold it 2 yrs. ago, so I'm just working around the house this w/end. Enjoy being off though.

thanks, I think I will; except sitting down to eat, I danced for 5 hours !!! It was a Halloween dance put on by a Durham oldies radio station, CKDO. My 3rd year going & it was fantastic. Tonight is a local community Halloween dance. I may be sitting 4 most of it.
so glas everything turned out ok. hopefully recovery won't take too long.
Thank you. It was just eye surgery, but it ruptured during surgery; took hrs in operating room & a few days in hospital before we knew whether I still even had an eye, let alone be able to see. All's ok - they saved my eye. Whew !!!

not going away this year, just doing jobs around the house. your house may look like a bomb hit it, but just think how beautiful it will look when done.
thx 4 the rep; reno is going quite quickly, but my house is a disaster - looks like a bomb went off. tools, sawdust & plaster everywhere ........ but floor's down & cabinets are being installed over the next 2 days; I've been just so busy lately, not much time 4 posting. Love the summer - don't have 2 shovel !! Have you taken any vacation, gotten away, so you can enjoy it ??

No, I'm fine. I feel tired & frustrated, so stupid !! I swerved, just a little 2 miss a squirrel & just swiped a pylon, which ripped off my passenger side mirror. Dumb, dumb, dumb !!

Thank you. @ least I could spend her last days with her, & I'll always remember all the great times we had. Good friends are hard come by, & she was so special. I think it will take another couple of weeks back & forth to finish up, but I don't mind. She'd do the same 4 me, actually, she did when my husband died. Have a wonderful w/end
