Hello: uanditrade.com is a site where you post stuff you want to get ride of. You decide how many points something is worth and if someone is interested in your stuff they accept it. You get credited the points to your account to use on another trade.
The administrater is going to decide if canadians are going to trade stuff with americans or just canadains only.
It doesn't cost anything to jpin. It is free and is a fun site.
