thanks hun i had a blast on my birthday it would have been even better if i could of came online and spent a couple hours with my SC family but now that we got our laptop fixed and i wont be as busy anymore hopefully how have you been?

well i have been lurking like you lol havent really had the energy to type but im doing good keeping busy with life and the things that come my way which has been taking up a lot of my time cant wait till winter comes so i can "hibernate" lmao yea i noticed a lot of the oldies are gone :S where did they run off to? did i miss something while i was away? hope nothing bad happened and just that their busy <3

yea it would have been better if this didnt happen no we dont have insurance but because it wasnt our fault the companies insurance is going to cover everything cause the pipeline wasnt even screwed in fully it was only screwed in 1/8 of what it was supposed to be others irresponsabilities cause a lot of problems for others ugh im having so many issues with my keyboard i cant spell anything :s hun i g2g it was nice talking to you see you around soon

well all my electronics were busted (tv,pc, printer, house phone, modems) some of my books got ruined, my rug...garbage all i can say is im glad nothing happened to DH and i materialistic things we can always buy again but our health is priceless how have you been?

hey hun yea i was away our radiator exploded in our apartment so we had to re locate ugh so much work to do omg the envie was that bad! oy! i swear this "surprise" went soooo wrong on so many levels at least you got it but its not the way i wanted things to end ay yay yay

Guess what arrived in the mail yesterday!!
Though heavens the envelope was hanging on by a thread,lol - it was bound in a plastic cp envelope and when i opened it there was actually only an inch of the envelope still holding together,lol - all the other sides were open BUT the coupons were all in tact so that was the important thing

once you get the hang of it its almost one of the easiest dinners you can make and the toppings are pretty much endless serve it with a bowl of soup and thats it dinner is served :D

We don't use salt so added 1 tsp dried minced onion plus some basil, oregano, rosemary and dash of spicy Mrs Dash. If ever you do it then don't miss the bit about keeping them wrapped(i didn't do that before and they were nice, great for quesedillas, but not flexible enough to roll up for anything else).Made 10 - we ate them in one go..definitely will try them again.

Thanks for the kind words Turkish....i do try new recipes but not always with a lot of sucess...think i get panicky that something isn't going as it should and after that its all downhill,lol. Oh I live in hope that my kids will have a sudden interest in cooking and take over from me!
