LOL Ive had that before. They think IM stupid but I worked for CP last summer plus part time this summer. Technically you cant reuse stamps even if you tape them on and there isnt any black markings but CP cant proof it. If theres black markings no way can use them., They will put a flag on your address and your name and can restrct your mail and even stop it. I would email them back and ask for new stamps.
LOL at first I was a bit upset about it.. but now, I just think it's kind of funny. They just told me that the stamps can be reused as long as they aren't ripped and that they stick on the envelope...so to use tape. LOL
