all of the deals are for 6-7AM.... you need to cross way before that.

customs coming back starts getting busy around noon all the way to the evening.

I have barely begun my Christmas shopping.
I am fortunate to have an LD, so I have been stock piling smellies, cleaning supplies, and personal items (Olay from the spring). I also have a collection of samples...some of which I am personally allergic to.

Just discovered today that my 13yr old brother would like a watch that you do not wear on your wrist (maybe on a belt loop). Any ideas where to find a decent one?

I used to make presents when I was younger...but now it sometimes comes down to a time vs money competition. Anyone else?

Try in the mall, usually the vendors have some that clip to a belt loop, or a chain.
Not sure about high quality ones, but for a younger person, it may seem cool enough

there might be some deals left over in the afternoon, and even saturday.... but all of the door crashers and good stuff would have been picked over in the morning. I usually plan on returning around the early afternoon.... before everyone clogs the border for hours.

I only buy any cards, gift bags, tags, wrapping paper, etc, during the week after Christmas when everything is marked down 50-90% off.
Then I am stocked up for the following year.

    Same goes for ornaments, etc

I traded handmade crafts last year with others who made crafts as well and had a wonderful variety of items. This year I have not been so crafty but there are craft sales starting already and I am looking forward to checking them out. Sometimes just going inspires me and definately kicks in the Christmas is coming feeling.

I haven't paid full price for gift wrap for years! I wait for a REALLY good deal after Christmas, usually when they're nearly out, and stock up for a couple of years. Wine bags are a big one for me too since I often give wine for Christmas gifts. I got them at Walmart one year for ten cents each.

Dont know if you eat Rice Krispies. But right nowon the boxes their are $10 coupons off any game (milton bradley, parker brother and one mroe brand which i forget) Some games a priced $10 regularly for example Candy Land and memory matchign games @ WalMart. Also games go on sale for $10 or less, especially in the Christmas season. So FREE BOARD GAMES. Great way to cross the kiddies off your list, and they make great gifts. You could also add a movie, popcorn and pyjamas or something along that line to make a great family game and movie night as a gift for people your looking to perhaps spend a lil more on.

I have only seen the coupons so far on Vanilla Rice Kripies, which is great for us as we go through 2 or 3 boxes a week in our house, the kids love them. Also got a great deal on them al walmart last week for $1 a box with b2s$2 kellogs coupons.

Could also try for the OldNavyWeekly coupons for $50 or $75 off a purchase of $100.

OMG so many of you posted about Black Friday in the US and I can't imagine, to me that sounds like an awful idea:

Ughhh, the mentality it creates in shoppers. I've always hated stupid crazy sales, nothing good ever comes of them.
