Thread: Payment issues for consumer connection? Please advice!!

    I have seen so many posts about how CC does not pay or how late they pay and I must say, I find this surprising.
    I have been shopping for them for about 6 months and have NEVER had a payment issue - whether they owe me $15 or $500. Pay has ALWAYS come on the 14th of the next month via Hyperwallet (ok, once it was two days late). Additionally, they have never cancelled any of my completed shops because I entered the results a few hours late or anything like that - as some other companies have. And I find Hyperwallet to be WAY better than Paypal as the funds, when transferred, make their way into my bank account much more quickly - usually the next day (even on weekends).
    In the past few months, I've been doing some London Drugs shops for them that have been very lucrative. After this month, I'll have made about $3000 from these shops for about 35-40 hours of my time. The time in each store is about one hour (maybe 1.25) and each takes about 10 minutes to enter online............. and again, so far, I've always been paid on time. Shops done as late as May 31 were still paid mid-June.
    I recommend them....though maybe it's better if less people join up - that's means I'll get more of the shops and more $$$ in my wallet.

    This month I actually got paid 4 DAYS EARLY!! I guess whatever payment problems they once had are a thing of the past...........

    Just had to add....

    While there are many things about this whole post that sound like a fairy tale to me, the fact that they violated their non-disclosure agreement with this company by naming one of their clients really makes me wonder about the integrity of this poster.

    They just keep re-writing their policy. when I first started with them, the agreement was to pay within 14 days of the last day of the month in which the shops were completed. They have just published a new policy that says you will get paid with 8 weeks of the last day of the month in which the shops were completed. Just keep changing your policy, and who can catch up with you? Disgusting. Who waits 2 months for their pay? Certainly not Catherine.

    I have worked for them for over 2 years. I have NEVER been paid within 2 weeks of the month following the month I worked. Either this person is fake, or they have some inside connection with the company that puts them at the front of the pay line. What a crock.

    The July payments have still not been processed and it is going to be mid septemeber ...anybody received their july payments yet?

    I received the payment for July work on September 5th. However, when applying for jobs at the beginning of September, I had to first sign a waiver that stated that I understood and accepted a change in their pay policy. I started doing work for this company over 2 years ago. At that time the policy was payment within 14 days of the end of the month in which you had completed assignments. Then, it changed to payout a day before the last business day in the month. Now, it is 2 months after the end of the month in which work was completed. I think the company is going down the tube. Catherine may have to sell her big house to pay her shoppers; I understand someone has launched a class action suit on behalf of shoppers who have been paid late. If anyone knows how to contact the person initiating that legal action, I am interested in participating.

    They are back to not paying shoppers again. I have not received my March payments yet. Anybody facing this issue now?

    As of May 5th, 2015 Consumer Connection is under new ownership and Cathrine Ann is no longer affiliated with the company. The new owners, Rahim Dadani (President) and Jessie Dusangh (CFO and Vice President), have over 20 years of successful business experience running various companies and organizations. Under the new ownership, you can expect to be paid on time, every time. The new owners are financially stable and come with many new resources to help improve and grow the company. All Shoppers who were not paid in the past are now paid up to date.
