ExpiredI just wrote this post on my website .com and thought I would post it here for my SC buddies as well

A coupon binder is not for everyone, but if you're like me and have more coupons than you can even count, I would definetely suggest having one. It does take time to set up and organize but it is certainly time well spent.
Here are the supplies you will need:
- Large 3 Ring Binder (zippered is best)
- Baseball Card Sheets (9 pockets on each sheet)
- Sheet Protectors
- Calculator
- Pen
- Scissors
- Zippered Bag (with holes in it so you can put it in your binder)
- Dividers With Tabs
Now, you need to decide on your categories. You may want something like this:
- Food
- Pets
- Baby
- Beauty
- Health
- Misc.
Or you may want to be more specific and do something like this:
- Pets-Food
- Pets-Supplies
- Baby-Diapers & Wipes
- Baby-Food
- Baby-Supplies
- Beauty-Makeup
- Beauty-Hair Care
- Beauty-Shaving
... and so on.
Once you have figured your categories out, write them down on your divider tabs and put them in your binder. Then add maybe 2 or 3 of the baseball card sheets (you can add more later if you need to) to each category.
Now just add your coupons into the proper category. You can fit a few of them into each slot.
I suggest having some regular sheet protectors at the back of your book that hold the following:
- coupon policies
- over-sized coupons
- mail in rebate forms
- bonus point coupons
Put your calculator, pen and scissors into the zippered bag and put that at the back (or front) of your binder as well.
That's it! You're good to go!

Great post. I have a coupon binder, my dividers are A-Z though, and filed by brand.
I find that's the easiest for quickly finding a brand/product name.
Another tip is to fold coupons in such a way that the expiry is readily visible so that you can quickly see which coupons need to be "recycled" (just in case Carlyfalls is reading!
).
For save.ca coupons, early expiries goes on top and later expiries beneath, that way they either get used up first or recycled first without having to go through everything.Add me on twitter and I'll add you back! Just mention you are from SC!

I just got my coupon binder, and it is so much easier at the grocery store. And for my little bag to hold things, I use the pencil case holder from the Chapman's site, perfect size for extra coupons as well. Thanks for showing us , I am still no where nears that organized, but slowly getting there.

Do you carry the binder to the store every time?
I'm not sure how to go about carrying coupons for "unexpected" sales. lol.
