Toys 'R Us - Freebie pack for baby registry

Didn't see this anywhere when i searched

My wife and I went to Toys 'R Us today and registered for baby items and they gave us a pretty good gift set of stuff. Examples of what was in it:
Huggies diaper and wipes, 2 types of diaper rash cream, baby wash, bottle, and a few other things. If anyone is expecting like us, its a great treat! :D

Lucky you Just a heads up for other posters though, DH and I set up our registry at Babies R Us online rather than in store, and were were told that because we didn't set it up in store we weren't eligible for the freebie pack....not sure if this is a chain-wide thing or just my store, but you might want to do it in store to make sure you get the freebies.

Just a hint also : you don't even need to add anything to your registry at the time you sign up. I live 2 hours away from TRU therefore can't really ask anyone to go that far to buy anything, so i didn't really want to do the registry thing, but the girl told us we could just sign up for it to get the samples and add stuff online to the registry later if we wished.

Man, I wish I knew about this a few months ago when I was pregnant! lol.

DS will only use the Nuk soothers and I was told they come in the TRU feebie pack. Would have been nice to get them for free, instead of paying $10 at SDM.
