about my pumpkin pie experiment! Honestly, I was so nervous making it as everyone here LOVES the stuff and I was thinking " oh gawd I am gonna mess this up for sure " but now I feel so confident to make it again some time. I will only use those small pie pumpkins though, I think they made all the difference in the rich flavour.

Thanks for the rep!! I hate paying the big $$$'s but considering how long they last and the size I have to get, they are worth it. I have tried off the rack ( no pun intended) ones and they would be so uncomfortable and not last very long.
