So out west there have been $.75 catelli coupons. What are the chances of us getting some? Sounds nuts though, entire tearpads getting scooped. No surprise there.

There is a lady on a fb group that just posted that she used 100 coupons but it was for pasta to donate so it was ok. I personally don't like the new excuse about donating to justify why you had 100 pasta tearpad coupons in the first place.

I hate that kind of excuse, it is the use of coupon's like this ( this many ) that causes the stores to change their policies and just get cranky with coupons and couponer's...sigh..we had an example of this months ago at the No Frills when someone was using soooo many coupon's ( ordering cases of items ahead of time ), as a result of that the owner changed his stores policies immediately...sigh double sigh.....Please everyone coupon's are being a little more challenging out there, lets all think before we do stuff like this!!!

Some of the people that do this are horders not like the ones with thier house full of garbage, but do it for the thrill of having it. Not like the average couponer who wants to get a deal on the stuff we need to buy. Do these people need 100 tubes of toothpaste or pasta? no

Quite frankly, I am sick to death of the "donating" thing. I seriously don't believe half the "donation" posts, as I hear many sories of people claiming to "donate" but are actually selling products. Or just hoarding. I was very fortunate that someone was able to get a few for me, as we eat a lot of pasta, but I had hope for a few to send another generous trader out east, and it bothers me that I cant find a few myself.
    gone shopping!

I agree, it makes me so cross to see tear pads disapear. No one and I mean no one (even if you are donating ) needs 100 coupons of the same thing. Leave some for others. How can you blame a store for changing their policy when when People act like that.

I had no idea this behaviour was going on. It would never occur to me to take a whole PAD of coupons! Holy cow.

Would someone explain what "fb group" means?
and while I am asking about abbreviations, is there a place on this site, that explains these often used abbreviations?

I rode a train recently that paired oldies with newbies. My partner had the same questions about abreviations so I did this list for her. Hope it's helpful...
