Au bord du lac des Mille Lacs (Minnesota), des habitants ont vu une énorme vague de glace envahir leur propriété en moins de 15 minutes jusqu’à s’approcher des maisons. L’eau ayant débordé du lac s’est mise à geler immédiatement sous l’effet des vents froids. Plusieurs maisons ont été endommagées. – à Mille Lacs Lake.

By the lake Thousand Lakes ( Minnesota), inhabitants saw an enormous wave of ice invading their property within 15 minutes until approach houses. The water having overflowed the lake began freezing immediately under the influence of the cold winds. Several houses were damaged. - in One thousand Lakes Lake.

cath, thanks for posting that - it was kinda creepy watching the ice creep up!
The sound was cool - of course, destruction is not.
Similar to what happened in Manitoba last week - though I think there was much more damage there

@ Natalka:thank you for posting the other link,I was not aware of this other one.I will watching it but again yes,it is sad for the people who get their house damaged....I truly hope insurance covert that at least.
