    I have a $500 Foodbank Mission

My DH work has asked that I use their $500 lunch fund that the employees donated, and use my couponing powers to turn it into as much food as possible for the Food Bank.

UPDATE: Here are my Final Totals!
CHECK OUT THE PICS BELOW TO SEE ALL MY BUYS AND A LIST OF EVERYTHING BOUGHT!!

    TOTAL RETAIL = $1518.25

TOTAL PAID = $519.38 (oops went a little over lol)

SPECIAL THANK YOU TO ALL THE GRRREAT CANUCKS WHO HAVE HELPED ALONG THE WAY

    Great work

I started doing something similar to this 1 year ago this week and continue the project.
Like you , I also kept a spread sheet to help me keep track of what I was spending on each item, qty of each item ,retail prices, sales prices, coupons etc.

From the first week of February 2013 until the end of December 2013 My totals were as follows :

    Total Retail Price $2686.10
    Total Sales Price $1542.05
    Total Paid $ 697.72

I'll pm you with some suggestions, but it looks to me like you are doing a great job
Keep up the good work !

Just joined Kiva.org, an organization that funds micro-loans to people in developing countries. I love the idea that the $25 I saved in groceries can be given to a fish woman with 5 children in the Philippines to help grow her business.

One of the best things about couponing is that you can stretch those dollars and share the wealth. Way to go!

I love the generosity!!! I also shop for a food bank and the other volunteers are always so amazed at how much I'm able to bring in on my budget. I tell people that learning to coupon lets me donate to the food bank instead of needing to use it.
