Treatment Tuesday for me.
Hoping that I can keep the ickies away. It is so sunny out there & I am hearing weather rumours. I am so glad the I am taking my *drug* at home today. It's a nice break for me not to have to go into the wilds of downtown T.O.

Cancer sure is lousy & it throws you for the loop of your life,
A companion that is constant & consistent with lending strife,
It encompasses & consumes, therefore you must try & give it an oust,
Granting you the upper hand as you arm yourself for the joust,
Up days, down days, even feeble days that infirm you to rest,
I close my eyes & envision my tumours turning into dust,
You all know that sarcomas & cancers are weasels you cannot trust,
You have to be a servant to your soul & keep your self-talk soothing,
You can always count on days when you can set your dial to grooving,
My master plan is simple & I truly think it is consolatory.
I guess you know I've spelled it out as it is an ever-ongoing story,
To all you dear people who are enduring this diabolical & hellish fiend,
Can we try to knock it far away, *it* can consider itself beaned,
Keep the faith & lean on family & friends & even do the journal thing,
Go away you damn cancer , you sure don’t have any bling!
(even my darling great niece is keeping the faith & doing what she can to help us all. We need to inform our children & grandchildren about cancer in an age appropriate way. Children can be so compassion & honest)

Almost April....Jeepers! I am not sorry to see March take its papers & get outta here. Looking so forward to sunshine & a little bit of warmth.
It is my hospital week. I am feeling two stops past quite well! & the last couple of weeks were good ones for me. Should be a routine day for me there tomorrow. If it works out my #1 son is going to meet me down there for a coffee & visit. He was already into phones as a small baby.
