Look for local swap boards on Facebook. I post on both the Harriston/Listowel Buy-Sell-Swap and Palmerston, Listowel, Hanover Mom Swap.

$10.00 for some Halloween decorations. We only got 1 kid last year in our new house compared to about 75-100 kids in our old house.

Have had a few small sales the past few days but they all add up. Another $2 sale today (left on porch) and 3 pick ups arranged for this evening since we were planning to be home anyway ($5/$2 and $3 for my sister )

Nice!! I've been trying to sell a Tupperware canister set, brand new for like 6 months now. Brand new it costs $50 but I can't even get anyone interested for $20.

I've been super addicted to selling and purging lately. We participated in two community garage sales in June and together after table rental made just over $500. A lot of stuff was priced really cheaply just to get rid of it all. Since then I've been selling lots of stuff on kijiji too. We're living such a minimalist lifestyle now and I hope to make it even more smaller.

Lately in our household it has gone something like donate donate donate, sell, donate, donate, sell, trash, sell, sell, donate, donate. Loving it!

Sometimes you just have to wait a bit longer for the right person to come along. I am sure your Tupperware will sell. Sometimes after awhile I remove items and repost later but then I do have a place to keep items out of my way.

We are doing the minimal lifestyle here too. It is amazing how much stuff you do not really need.

Spent $10.00 on a bunch of DVD's yesterday morning, kept the 3 I really wanted and resold them in the afternoon for $10.00 but the lady gave me $12.00 instead. So I made $2.00.

Yeah I had this one set of items that took 2.5 years for someone to finally buy them. That was just last week and I could have not been happier they were gone as they were larger items too. We live in a one bedroom apartment so don't have much room to store stuff.

Nice, Love when that works out! We did something similar, found a shopping buggy/cart for $5 at a garage sale, like new and sold it the other day for $20 to a father with a couple of little girls who got a newspaper route. I remember being that little girl so it made me
