It says not to be combined so I don't think I would risk it on a coupon where points are added later

It would reduce your pointable total though, so if you have an offer WUS $75 you would need to spend $95 to get the points

each personal coupon has different terms, they may let you use points ones, and you can usually use get xyz for $1.99 type ones

It will not reduce pointable total you will get points for $75 even with this $20 coupon,
So basically for $75 base points will be 750...
I did spend $50 last Sunday used $10 coupon my total was $40 but I got 500 points.

Yes you can but in order to get $20 off your total must be $75 because some personalized coupon brings your total down,first use your all personalized coupons then at the end check your balance at cash register if it is still $75 give cashier the $20 coupon then at the end if you have any manufacturer coupons.
That is how I do my purchase.
