you can't PM at Target and use there coupons
Combining both Target and manufacturer coupons: the Target coupon will be applied before the price match is made. If the competitor price is still lower than the price after the Target coupon has been deducted, the ad match can be adjusted to match the competitor's price. Once the price match is made the manufacturer coupon will be applied.

maybe i'm not reading this correctly, but you can PM at Target and use their coupons? I PM first & then i use my MF & Target coupon on top of it…i have always done it this way and not once ever been questioned on it..

it was done incorrectly when you PM plus use Target and other coupons - first the Target coupon will be applied before the price match is made. So HE was $3.29 at my store - take the .75 target coupon first so that its 2.54 - then you PM - so down to 2.00 then use the coupon for Buy 2 Get $1.50 off. So the cashier wasn't following Target policy incorrectly
