Thanks for posting the info and link! I agree - good news. But it's not necessarily permanent:

"Target didn’t say how long it will run the offer."

I don't see how they can sustain this practice when they're already suffering financially. Didn't WalMart try this - and it lasted for about a blink of the eye?

I personally don't expect to really take advantage of this since I don't really have time to check the online flyers of stores in other provinces. But I will now check online flyers of stores in my province that I don't get the flyer for in my publi-sac

I wish my Target would just focus on getting more products and more inventory...

yes you can use any electronic device to show the flyer.

Problem solved. You can see other provinces flyers here on SC. For example, Durham Couponer posted Sal's (Ajax, ON) and the new EZ Fresh flyers (Ajax and Pickering) on this site

Anyone noticed the news says "Starting July 29, Target will match grocery prices from any other store in Canada."

dose it mean, it only apply to grocery? Usually I don't buy grocery at target...

Thanks, Shwa Girl - I do know they are available on SC. I just don't think I can spare the time to check them But if I hear about a good grocery deal on SC, I may try to go to that specific flyer. But in my case I would have to print out cuz I don't have a mobile phone (gasp! - I know!) and those flyer pages can be tricky suckers to print out

My store says it will not apply to electronics but pretty much everything else *she thinks*

Some important things to remember with Target

According to the official policy, if you PM and have a Target coupon, they take the Target coupon off first then PM
So if Target charges $6.99, you have a $2 Target coupon and the item is $3.99 at XYZ store, it will be $3.99 not $1.99

They do limit PMs to 4 items at most stores already and it will likely continue

Target often have different size boxes of stuff like cereal,so check carefully

Thanks, FP - yes, i was thinking that's what I'll do if I have time. But my Target doesn't have a great grocery selection. I wonder if it's because there's a big supermarket in the same mall...
