Though DD's birthday isn't until November, from random shopping trips between January and now, the goody bags for her party are all done. I love putting treat bags together but hate spending a lot, so every year I try to keep the cost down to no more than $5 per bag. I think I beat my record this year:
Each bag contains:
- bag ($1 from Dollarama)
- colouring book ($1 from Walmart, Target and Michaels also have $1 colouring books)
- 24pk of Crayola crayons (25c from Staples, would've gotten at Walmart but were sold out)
- Kaleidoscope (30c from Target clearance)
- Disney Planes/Doc McStuffins/general girly tattoos (30c from Target clearance)
- 2x kids card games: Old Maid, Go Fish, War, Crazy 8s (25c each from Target clearance), this way every family gets a whole set (all kids attending are sibling pairs)
So total cost per bag if you include the actual bag adds up to a whopping $3.35 And it's not all junk either (at least in my opinion). This thread is currently associated with: Dollarama, Michaels Arts and Crafts, Staples, Target, Walmart

lol, that's okay. They weren't listed in the flyer, but I saw some people here on SC post about getting them at Staples for that price so I figured I'd check it out, and they were. You could also PM Walmart's price if for some reason they aren't that price in your store.
