I need at least 8-10 uninterrupted hours to maintain my energy for the whole day. DH doesn't understand this, he is highly functional on 4-6 hours but then has naps.
Last night was the worst for being woken up multiple times. DH is off work due to an injury this week and is a night owl. He had a co-worker come by at 12:30am to pick up some tools and the dogs went crazy, and then he accidentally knocked over a bunch of stuff outside the bedroom at 2am, and then I was woke up again when he was finally coming to bed at 4am... this morning at work I'm taking my coffee by IV.

I typically sleep from about 11 - 7 and then haul myself out of bed by 8. It is usually interrupted at midnight though when DH takes me back to bed since I fall asleep on the couch every night.... so although I sleep a lot i'm often still tired.
I'm hoping the tv we just got as a gift for our room helps that problem out lol

I need around 6-7 hours of sleep. I tend to wake during night and was prescribed a sleeping pill. However, I prefer drinking camomile tea which helps aid sleep.

I used to get between 3-5 hours. Since I started taking meds, I get 6 or 7. I take my meds the same time every day.

I need about 6 hours. I GET about 4-5 hours. Weekdays I get up at 5am. Every weekend I swear that I am going to sleep in past 6 am. But, no matter how late I am up, 5am and I am wide awake. I don't mind it though since I love being up and about before everyone else in the house. Quiet time.
