I went to real canadian yesterday and they have a lot of stuff of clearance since they are renovating. I saw a my little pony for my kids and one was 1.99 plus 30% off but when it scanned it showed $2.04 when I mention it was wrong and if I get a scop the cashier said they don't do scop on clearance items and I wasn't going to make a big deal over a dollar.
Do they not do scop on clearance items? This thread is currently associated with: N/A

All of the PC stores in my area claim the same thing.

1.3 Paragraph 1.1 only applies after the final sale price of the purchased item has been displayed at the checkout, including relevant rebate, discount or promotional coupons.
It should have been corrected to give you the discount off of the 1.99 but it would not be SCOP because after the relevant discount it would be less than shelf price.
