I think what I will do from now on is if its spend $60 and I have $18 I'll spend $78 but only use 20x offers then you will still get 20x the $78.
It makes sense since theyve taken the wording out of their policy better safe then sorry I HATE the return rebuy process at sdm a quivk stop quickly turns into an hour

For today's transaction, the manufacturer's coupons were correctly treated as tender and I was correctly rewarded bonus points. Not experiencing any issues using the Wednesday coupon.
Coupon was 8,000 points for spending $30 on almost anything.
Purchased Webber naturals products total $38.97 (pre-tax), used $35 manufacturer coupons and paid $9.04 ($3.97 owing after coupons + 5.07 in taxes).
380 Regular Base Points (for $38.97 purchase)
8,000 Digital Bonus Points (for transaction coupon wus $30)
The manufacturer coupons were correctly input with code 2001 VENDOR CPN.Last edited by rockco; Thu, Aug 13th, 2015 at 05:43 AM.

Yesterday, I used 8000/$30 over the counter medication.
$9 of manufacturer coupons put me under the $30, and 8k/$30 (16656) would not apply.
Had to add another item to bring subtotal to over $30, after mfc.
coupons entered 2001
purchased exact items I normally do with this offer (advil, children's Tylenol, gummie vitamins)
First time this has ever happened.
I see other posts where items had to be returned/repurchased for offer to apply when mfc put subtotal below spending threshold. Even though I only had a few items, I turned around and there was a long line and only 1 cashier. Just threw in another item and did another shop. sucks!
Really happy with second shop 12k/50.
$63 subtotal and 20530 points + 1000 gc

It sounds like there is a difference in how coupons are treated when using the two different coupons --
8000 pts WUS $30 on OTC medications vs
8000 pts WUS $30 on anything
From the various reports (assuming coupons are being entered as 2001 code) the 8000 pts on the specific product line doesn't include the value of the coupons anymore.

Something was definitely up with the system yesterday too.
I shopped, spent more than I needed to and got a red coupon screen. Showed cashier my coupons, she checked the products, subtotaled again etc and same thing. She cancelled it and put it through again and no issues, got my points (and some mystery store ones) while all of the products were the same. She thought she did something wrong, but a friend mentioned getting red screened with no coupons on her WUS offer and no coupons, plus she was not using any product personalized coupons either, straight WUS $60 or whatever

I had no problem yesterday with my spend $50 get 12k. Didn't use any coupons, just bought milk, eggs, hashbrowns, and the durex for the mir. Got 5x on my milk (personal offer), 10x on the durex lube (not the condoms, that was for the 24 pack, but the mir was for the 12 pack).
I had a $10 food and snacks 3000 pts coupon last Friday, bought 2 milk and a granola bars with an FPC, that coupon worked no problem.
So, it seems the get points back when you redeem doesn't work anymore. Has this been tested with the more specific coupons (spend on baby, or food and snacks)?

I had a one day personalized offer of 20X WUS $25 yesterday. Bought six items that totaled ~$29. However, there was $3 off stickers each and I paid only about $11.
Should I've gotten BP for this transaction?Last edited by morpheus85; Thu, Aug 20th, 2015 at 06:31 AM.

^yup, I was told a few weeks ago by the cashier she would not honor my 18,500 pts (store promo) if I used a gift card for the transaction to buy my purchase.
