I love my KA!! If I was doing more baking lately I'd be firing that thing up at least once a week...however, it'll have to wait until I deserve dessert again!
Enjoy!!!!

Oh, they are gorgeous, standing side by side all shining. If I say that to my hubby, he would think I have gone crazy just like I gave him the cuckoo look when he admired at his freshly waxed cars for 5 hours. LOL

That's an amazing steal! I found a brand new in box one on kijiji for $180... But I managed to negotiate him down to $120... He was a student and won it at a stag and doe so he was just happy for quick money!
but it is seriously the best mixer. And they last forever! My aunt has had hers for 16 years and uses it multiple times a week!

I still have my GRANDMOTHER'S Sunbeam stand mixer...not my Mothers, but my Grandmothers!! Still running, still in perfect condition. It's light yellow with a green glass bowl, only one, and I wish I had somewhere to display it...it's so beautiful....it looks like this one:

Check out Canadian Tire for sales on mixers. There has been a $50 difference between tilt heads and lift heads and it seems to me the professional ones have been on sale in the $350 range. I had commented to a fellow pricing them out that for $50 more I would get the mixer with more power. Often a $50 rebate too and with Christmas coming up this coupon could be appearing again.

Hi Chantel,I was able to get Brand new Kitchen aid ultra power mixer through kijiji for $150.
They got this as gift and I was able to negotiate for this price as they were trying to get rid of it .I have to drive 40 mins from my place but its worth it.
****I got an idea and deal because of your thread post****

Yahoo!! I'm so excited for you! That's a great price, especially brand new!
Keep the box if you have the space to. If you plan to resell, it seems kitchenaids with boxes go for more than ones that don't
