thanks for posting. I had not seen the offer in my McDonalds yet. I will watch for it now! I bought one of these gift cards last year. They gave me a coupon for the sandwich, so I did not have to order my bonus Big Mac right away. Kinda nice to get that Big Mac in January when those big electric bills (I am rural Ontario) are eating up my 'spare' snacking cash.

Last time they had this promo, the coupon was good for any sandwich. Too bad it's now limited to Big Mac and McChicken. I'll pass on this promo, thanks McD.

Oh, maybe it was the year before...I don't remember now but that's not the point. I do remember redeeming the coupon and it said it was good for ANY sandwich so I got a filet-o-fish with it.

Oh you get a coupon. That is good to know. I thought you had to get sandwich right away when you buy the giftcard.
