Thanks for the info.
Good to see a bonus redemption. I'm gearing towards spending all our points as soon as we can and shop less at SDM due to recent unpleasant experience at HQ level.

Thanks for the heads up. We'll always make it work.
I feel uneasy for other reasons. Points are recorded as debt to customers. They are getting more debt perhaps backed by PC financials. I'm a bit anxious that retailers are trying to be banks, while banks are trying to be casinos.

Hi! How many redemptions are allowed per card per day?

Sorry, I don’t get this. If you're only talking about switching them to PC points, that's another story - and who knows, that chance might come up again - and for more of us
But you can walk into any SDM any day and do an everyday redemption and use up your optimum points. If you wait and do this redemption, when the $20/$40 in points come in then you can go and spend those points. So lots of opportunities to use up your points for those who want out of the optimum program

I don't really shop at Shoppers any more - I just find it easier to shop at RCSS. I'm finding lately that there are things I'd rather buy at RCSS than Shoppers, and I like that I don't have a limit to how many points I can use.
I'll do a donation redemption, and then go from there - I don't want to use my points for the sake of using them, but don't want to just lose them either.

Has anyone seen the PS4 Pro yet in Shopper's Drug Mart stores yet? I really want to get that console and trying to move my extra SDM points for a little more than they are worth and doing other things to try to get the money. I had bought a bundle thinking I had gotten the PS4 Pro only to be disappointed. My early birthday / Xmas present became something miserable I had ... :S. Anyway any information you can share about the PS4 Pro in SDMs please do.
Oh ... and this talk about them switching them to PC Points eventually well with the electronics section being killed off at my store in Sarnia finally I don't want SDM Points becoming PC Points.Last edited by DeViLzzz; Mon, Nov 14th, 2016 at 08:41 PM.

Thanks for the heads up. I asked today and my best cashier said points would be added 2 weeks later. I have 2 top level and wanted to use for xmas. Been trying to figure out the best option for a tv. I think i will redem for the tv on saturday. If I wait for bonus the tv is going to cost more, or run the risk of not having stock.
I would prefer the extra $ off up front. But the potential for 30,000 back is a nice bonus. (doents help that i am not shopping there as often...the cycle of collecting then returns)
will see what the next flyer has maybe an $85 will happen

I believe the $20/$40 in points will be pro-rated (see my original post). My guess (and it's just a guess ): $20 points payback will probably be around 15,000, $40 points payback probably around 25,000
It would be nice if they told us in advance
They've done points payback in the past - anyone remember the levels and amounts?
