Anyone else not getting sound on site? Is there a sound on/off setting - if so where do I find it? I don't have a problem getting sound on other sites.

It's not the same playing w/o sound

Haven't visited the site in almost a month so don't know if this has been a problem recently.

Silk, I've never noticed - or not noticed - sound on there before.
I just went and played Solitaire - lots of sounds.
Did a jigaw puzzle, and there was sound.

Don't see a place to change settings.

I just wanted to post an update for others who are waiting for prizes. I had redeemed for the FPC pops in August, but hadn't received them yet. I called Chapman's and left a message, the coupon arrived by the end of the week. I put it up for trade.
I called earlier this week regarding the set of Chapman dolls that I had ordered 2 months ago. Canada Post just finished delivering them. So if you are wondering where your long lost prizes are, you might try giving them a call and leaving a message. I got a great response both times.

I received three large envelopes today containing:

cow bag - ordered Sept. 22
gel pen (lime green) - ordered Sept. 22
beach ball - ordered Sept. 26
freezer bag - ordered Oct. 5
lunch cooler (lime green) - ordered Oct. 13

This is my second shipment from Chapmans. I still have not received the $4 coupon I ordered on July 17th.

I sent them an email yesterday asking about my coupon and just got an email back. They said they sent it in July, but if I confirm my shipping address they will send a replacement.

i love the chapmans freezer bag! i use them all the time and even my parents (and inlaws) love them... i've given them a few over the years

I got another envelope with a deck of cards I ordered Oct 20th. The prizes are just pouring in!
