is it a good deal to redeem for those? I haven't ever redeemed, don't have many points.

Technically it's a better deal to redeem for the Metro gift certificate since it is 140 AirMiles for a $20.00 gift certificate. Second Cup and Starbucks gift cards are 85 Airmiles, making it 170 AirMiles for $20.00 worth of GCs.

I just find Second Cup and Starbucks really expensive, and I have been getting so many free or super cheap groceries lately because of couponing so I keep redeeming for the coffee cards. But I do still redeem for Metro GCs sometimes.

I was just thinking that it's amazing how much free stuff we get by signing up for all these offers. Half the time I forget to even post in this thread. I haven't been keeping track of how much I get but I'm sure it adds up to a lot over the course of a year.
