I tried opening up a account for my wife but I cnat' get any points with it. I did everything the same as I di for my account but nothing. I even cleaned my cookies and etc. Still nothing. Any ideas anyone?

I forgot couple days ago got package from cards for all occasions and they sent me two free cards and if i send in the envelope they sent me they will send 10 cards, box to keep them in and a stuffed bear. anyone else get this??
