Hi,

Loyalty points are awarded as a compensation for finishing completing a specific number of surveys throughout a year (the points from which you are disqualified awarding 5 points are not counted). Each year we reset the count. On August 15, 2015 our system generated some errors and counted the number of surveys you completed in 2015 and 2014 as well.

This means the Loyalty points we added to your account on August 15, 2015 were not accurate and we had to remove them.

Due to a system error, these points were removed twice. You will find the points added back to your account under the name ‘i-Say points for adjustment’. They were added on 9/4/2015 and they have the symbol ‘+’ in the front.

They were only added once because the first deduction is correct as explained above.

We understand this issue has been confusing and we would like to apologize once again.

Is anyone else having MAJOR issues with the i-say website not loading...ever! This happens everytime and only when I visit i-say, 99% of the time I type in i-say to my browser(tried all browsers even) and the page won't load...20 mins, 40 mins.. nothing!
I did contact them about this but of course they said it was on my end...which is not true, no loading issues anywhere else, except i-say..

Is anyone else experiencing anything like this? biggest PITA!

Oh, that is weird..I don't know why this happens every time..:/ I even set my browser to the recommended accept cookies setting and even added i-say webpages as exceptions..

Aw nuts! they just took away 1325 of my loyalty points, what gives...they do this every year first they give me loyalty points then they take them away..

Just noticed they took away the remaining 325 points I had in my account after my $25 Amazon redemption. I wonder if the bonus loyalty points were an error? If so, I am glad I redeemed before IPSOS had a chance to correct their mistake.
