hello, I am new here (just joined today). My name is Jeanna. In fact, I am a new couponer... I don't have any coupons or a place to put them-as of yet. And I love the price book you made (I think it is great to monitor prices)!
A friend (who lives in the US) told me about couponing. Since I wanted to learn, she told me about a site on fb called MrsSmith Extreme Shopper and I found you guys through a google search for online Canadian coupons.
But I do have a question on the freezer inventory. What are the X's supposed to be for? I have a similar one in excel that I use and mine has a date "in" and a date "out" so I can see how fast I am using a certain product. To me, it helps me rotate my freezer food faster because I try to use the FIFO system.
    Thank you!

Thanks so much. What a great idea. I especially like the price book page. I'm going to print it out on card stock for my binder.

Thanx! Pricebook is really helpful, it makes my shopping trips easier as I tend to get myself very confused and am forgetful at the stores.

Oddly enough, I found a shopping list similar to the one you made on an old floppy disc. Except mine has 2 columns for items and another column for coupon (I used to clip the odd coupons 15 years ago, but I stopped cause I didn't think I was saving any money. But I realized I went about the wrong way). I find it helps me to tick onto the shopping list if I know I have a coupon ready for it.
Would that be beneficial to add to your shopping list? A column for coupons ready?

Hi, I am new to this site. I totally love it and spend hours here
I am a beginner with quite a few coupons saved and some deals to get started but I am wondering what other coupon can be used with a manufactures coupon and if the stores here in Calgary let you use both.
Ohh..and also when do the coupons come out in the newspapers and which ones? Thanks for your time Much appreciated

I guess I should have been more specific, I meant the member card. What is it for? Where can you use it?

A member card is just something to have on you to give to someone else when they ask "where did you learn about your cool savings and deals?" Instead of looking around for paper and pen, just have one handy to pass out.
