Change to LD coupon policy? or just dumb employees???*UPDATED*

Long time reader, first time poster

Having 2 kids, I frequent LD to stack coupons for just about everything and anything! On my most recent visit, I was advised by the agent working at Customer Service desk that LD no longer accepts coupons printed off the internet that show a value of more then 2$... The manager was not in, and I have tried to reach him several times by phone with no luck Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is this a legit policy change?

Yup....same thing here in Chilliwack. I asked why, and they said that too many were coming back as fraudulent. I am guessing the abuse of the Glade/SCJohnson printable coupons attributed to that.

When I was doing a shop with l&s911 the store manager came by to help other people behind us... And said he was very impressed at looked at my huge stack on the counter and was like wow no printables... I don't think my local LD has a problem with internet ones
