I am also trying to find a level system for the reps. ie. 20 pts = 1, 50 pts = 2 etc. If you have seen one I would really appreciate knowing where.

I get printable coupons from mypoints - bonus you also get points when you use them. Also most companies have mailing lists and when you first sign up you get bonus coupons. I have an email address that I use exclusively for this. I've also found couponsurfer to be pretty good.

Blueegg....I've been to couponsurfer, and printed out a couple of coupons only to find they were good only in the US. I can't see a place where we can find that out without printing them.

Any idea how the rep power works? I have a rep power of 4, only 1 bar, some people have tonnes of bars, stars etc. with small rep powers also. How do you get the bars and stars etc.?

Do not listen to a thing I say. I was very new when I posted that and you are right, these coupons, and mypoints, are for U.S. only. Do not use them as the stores will not be reimbursed. Sorry.
