The tag specifically stated the rebate was on Makeup Removers too....
As the product wasn't priced I couldn't post this as a great deal but it might be.

PF is a good brand but infortunately a lot of their foundations dont cater to those with darker skin tones. But for bronzer, eye shadows etc its really good.
Also the makeup remover is 8.99 so with the rebate its 1.99. I think thats a good deal.
