I would leave a second rating....the first was ++ since you recieved the trade ...second -- rating since the cards are empty !!

Holly I always check my giftcards before I leave a postive rating sad yes but you have to be careful. Maybe there was nothing ever put on it?????

Holly I think since Caring won't change the positive feedback (which if there is a valid reason I think we should be allowed to change with the okay from Boo or Caring, otherwise once again if we are being taken advantage of, others won't know...I think this is something Boo should allow to change maybe just in regards to giftcards then at least, because I am also guilty of not checking gc's but I will from now on to make sure I am getting what is owed to me..)
I would go on her feedback and leave a negative and explain why so that others can see it, and it should not be removed...

I think in a case like that a positive should be changed to a negative. I usually check GCs when I get them but they often sit in my purse for months before I use them so if I missed checking one, why should the person get a positive for sending an empty GC

Ratings can ALWAYS be changed, not sure when that rule was made up. I suggest you go to Boo directly with your concern. I guess you can leave another rating and leave a negative but theres no reason in my books why the original couldn't be changed.

It makes me wonder whom exactly is being protected the honest scer or the scamming one.
