So with Mad_Madder, she still hasn't logged on since the 8th and her envelope for my coupon exchange is still MIA. It was to be mailed June 30th. Is it time for a negative rating or do I wait another week because the mail is still slow?

if she has not gotton back to you mellisa I would leave negative it can alwas be changed by a mod if it happens where something was wrong or lost by mistake

I have just left a negative for ashcp! She started her own train and never mailed anyones coupons! Looks like she has several negatives now!

I worked out a trade with another SC'er on April 24. A week later, she said she had a family emergency and the envie will be delayed but she did say early in May (before the mail strike) that the envie had been mailed.

I still haven't received the envie. She hasn't logged on since June 7 and she hasn't responded to my PMs.

Any idea what I should do next? I've never had a bad trade before.

Probably not much left to do except make sure they get a negative trade rating from you, which will help give other people a heads up in case this person reappears and tries to start trading again without settling up with you.

All you know is that you didn't get your end of the trade and they aren't answering messages. A negative rating can always be changed later by a mod if things get sorted out. Hope you didn't lose too much.

i have a reveresed issue lol
i was on a train and after i sent my envie to the next rider it went MIA, now whats weird is i havent been contacted by the train conductor!
I have posted numerous times in the train thread and PM'ed her tons of times, she only logs on like once a month and doesnt seem to care or remember that this train ever took place. This train started back in april!
and none of the other riders are wondering where it is either!
my question is do i just let it go? i havent pmed her in a month because she doesnt respond anyway

I am so upset I just got my first negative rating after 233 trades for a trade I made with a new trader.
I asked for them to mail first and when I received their end I mailed mine the next day informing them that I was doing so.
I mailed July 21st.
It is only been 7 business days since I mailed it.
This has really made me rethink trading with new traders again.
I am pretty upset as I read posts about traders waiting 3 to 4 weeks and then expressing concern about leaving a negative rating.

I have waited 4 weeks for a trade to arrive and have trades I am waiting for from June and from July 8th and would not think of giving a neg rating yet.
