I think this is a good idea, too - keep them all in one spot where we can come to express our awe! LOL
But for the prizes, I guess they do need to be separate. What about a forum specifically for stockpiles, like we have for brags?

One thing I have to say - the mildly apologetic tones in so many of the stockpile threads irk me. Why apologize for being a smart shopper?
And all those nasty comments from some jealous people in the stockpile threads REALLY p*ss me off. In particular, I hate the "I hope you're donating some of that!" comments - what business is it of theirs if you chose to stock up on things for your family? LMAO - I'd almost pay money to see someone come back with "nope - I bought it & I'm keepin' it, biatch!!"
Of course, I think it's lovely that some of you DO use your stockpiles to help those less fortunate, but it really frosts my cookies when it seems that it's EXPECTED of you...

Okay, my little rant is over. Sorry, but I just had to get that off my chest ...

Well I think stockpiles are great and I love seeing everyone's photos!

But Boo made a good point since prizes are giving out for "thumbs up" on a person's thread it would be difficult. So if there's another way to vote for a stockpile in the "stockpile thread" then it should be fine

the stockpile forum would work because people would just give thumbs up and could get prizes and the brag section would be just that...for everyday brags.

I'd rather we don't create another forum if possible since the website is already pretty large and confusing as is.

Haha - my parents always used to tell me there was no such thing as a dumb question, but OBVIOUSLY, they never worked at a towing company! haha

Oooookay, back on topic ... I meant a sub-forum (in deals, of course) specifically for stockpile posts.
- brags are usually from a single trip, or a single day's shopping, anyhow.
- stockpiles are those glorious masses of stuff that take weeks or longer to amass, and they required the emptying out of a bedroom or two! LOL

So basically brags would show what people got from shopping on a certain days. Then multiple brags make up a stockpile?

We can have a single official Stockpile thread where people share their stockpiling pics, discuss how to store things neatly, discuss, etc.

And regarding contests maybe some members can run contests on there and make it a fun thread

I wouldnt want to see another section for stockpiles because this section has been running pretty smoothly since it was made. The prizes were for thumbs up in this section brags, super stacks, stock piles whatever have you.
