After they recommend some products you can just the leave the page and a couple days later they send you an email asking if you want try samples of all the recommended products. Hope this helps.

thanks footinface, much appreciated, that helped very much as I just received my samples this morning! it's a great freebie too - eight cream samples, with a product guide & a product application guide personalized for my skin type as I described it. hey cm... just to give you an idea, I requested mine july 25th & just received them this morning, july 8th. very speedy service of quality products, I'm impressed. I would suggest trying to contact them again - see if you can fill out another one of their questionaires, see if they accept it, and make sure you get that confirmation e-mail like footinface mentioned. otherwise there's nothing to lose in contacting them directly and expressing interest and/or difficulty in your sample request. I really hope you've since received this... good luck.

still waiting too, got the email months ago that said I should have received them by now and did I enjoy? I replied back and said that I had got nothing as of yet, she responded with, "I apologize and will have that re-sent out to you ASAP" Still received nothing....
