there are several different forms for the different lines of physician's formula, each saying 1 per household - I am able to purchase one from each of these different forms and send them in from my home, correct?

Unfortunately I don't know about using coupons for those rebate, as I've never done any PF rebates. If you don't get a response here, maybe if you post in the thread about those rebates here, someone there will be able to help.

does anyone know what the upc is that is valid for the mail in rebate for the febreeze noticeables? I bought one but it doesn't look like the one on the MIR form...my upc is 037000044468 - is that the right one? it is a morning walk/cleaning rain 26 ml comes with a refill too and cost $9.98

For other rebates I have used coupons and then I use a black magic marker to cross out the coupon line and anything else I bought to hide the fact that I couponed. If you are purchasing stuff from the drug store, it's nobody's business what else you bought....maybe you bought 10 boxes of condoms and don't want anyone to know! I have gotten paid for every one that I've done this to....so as long as the product you bought is visible and circled, cross everything else off!

In my opinion, unless you eat lots of these, otherwise the M&M/Malteser pouch tops are a better deal...you get 2 movie passes, and you only have to pay up to a max of $10...
