At least they did eventually get back to me
But nearly 3 weeks is a long time to hear back from an email

You might as well call them now to find out what's going on. The rebate was only supposed to take 6-8 weeks so 3 months is too long. Originally Posted by hcao

It asks for your info before letting you get the printable form, but it just gives you a blank form - generating a form filled with the info you gave would be so simple, I don't know why they didn't do that.
