Free Gillette fusion razor at Wal-mart

I FINALLY got my $5.00 coupon in the mail after hearing this free gillette news! I may go on the weekend to Walmart - if the deal is still on...

Wal-Mart usually ends the previous week's sale prices on Friday...

I got another $5 off coupon just in time and went today for one last hurrah, picked up one more for my bf. He has enough razors to last him until he doesn't grow hair anymore

I picked up a few at Zellers - they had this kind - manual Phenom. The cashier wanted to check because it worked out to free but wasn't concerned just didn't know for sure. It was okayedl.

Then at Walmart - the Walmart location that seems to have some many "concerns" about coupons, the cashier was fine but too many coupons so called the sales manager for override. Again this manager commented on the "free" but had the attitude you can't do that. Phoned her supervisor and it was approved. Then she looked at them and told the cashier it said one per purchase so they would have to put them through one at a time. So we did that 10x. That was okay but never been anywhere that was doing it that way.

One of these times when I shop for the homeless shelter (and I always explain why I have so many items) I'd like to be able to bring them all with me and line them up with items and coupons and let them buy items one by one so cashiers don't think I'm "greedy".

The other twist to this shopping experience is that the Phenom razors were super hard to find at Walmart - this was 10:30 on the last evening of the sale and it looked like no-one else had found them so it wasn't like other customers would be out of luck and there were still lots left.

I guess there's something about getting "free" with a coupon that just rubs some people the wrong way.

just letting everyone know they still have them at the super walmart at eglinton and pharmacy, they are in the aisle inbetween the food and pharmacy sections, i picked up 2 today, i was sooo happy!

Yipeee! I picked up some Phantom's (with no batteries no extra blades), they still had a few up on the top shelf by the other Fusion's. So I got three.

I also picked up a women's quattro razor with FOUR extra cartridges for $5.00 (from $7.50).

I scored good!

Head cashier would not let me use the coupons on these as they are not the same as the picture... Same as the Glade coupon (the scented tin candles are not in the picture). I hate that Walmart, I don't even know why I go there. I told her it says "any" but she wouldn't budge. I took her name down and will be calling the manager. I never have problems using coupons at Walmart, except at that one.

I am going to another Walmart this afternoon to try to use my 4 Gillette Fusion coupons.

I have the same problem yesterday , but I tell the cashier the coupon said "ANY Gillette Fusion " them she let me use 4 of the coupons
