I always get these GC's from these studies without any issues... usually comes before I remember I am supposed to get it

Is it one per household or person? My boyfriend wants to fill it out but I don't want to jeopardize my gift card.

I had emailed the lady in charge the other day and she mentioned that it was down due to so much demand to do the survey and would be up shortly. I was able to do it this morning! I answered thruthfully, and should be expecting my GC soon...I hope...

My dad and I filled out his form for this and it was accepted.

He usually has his mail held at the post office [dunno why] so he uses "GENERAL DELIVERY" as his address.

I wonder if they will be taking into account the date in which you filled out the survey.

I filled it out a few weeks ago, and if I were to fill it out again today, my responses would be completely different. In the last few weeks it seems as though many more people are getting H1N1 or are dying from it. Finally the hype seems to be turning into a reality.

Did it. Kinda doubt the gift card will come though . . they used to do these at my university and they never came.

Same here. I did it with the thoughts that we were not going to get vaccinated and it was just a hype and a waste of time, but now my DH's instructors' kid's are sick from it and we live on a military base so there are tons of playgroups...thankfully we got our little man vaccinated last weekend. DH was vaccinated as well, and now we're just waiting for the general public to be able to get it.
