no ladies, i have not had poutine since university!! shortly after graduating uni, things fell apart w/ my ex fiance and after all that crap i vowed to become as healthy as can be! That's when I stopped drinking (lost 10lbs so fast just doing that!) and started eating super healthy. I even have a hard time eating any sort of fast food now. No matter how good it might taste, I feel like a bag of poop after! lol

but good for you i gave up fast food too for awhile too and i was amazed by how good i felt and i did lose wight too super happy about that and then the next time i had it i thought i was going to be sick i had horrible tummy pains now i eat it all the time and no tummy pains though
