I've heard nothing but amazing reviews from the ladies on my mommies message board. Most are from the US so that's the first thing they ever suggest is the Butt Paste. I've personally never used it for my children.

I've never used sudocreme but the first rash my daughter had it was so bad I was ready to take her to the doctor she was just couple months old got this and it cleared up in a day
