GSN, anybody play on it?

here. not surprising though, they do seem to be picking on

i did see something about how if one posts on what is considered
a 'cheat site' (sc is?), with the same gsn user name, you would be
in trouble?

I heard back from GSN, they said its because they believe my account and my son's account are the same people (me). WHaaaaa? I have no idea how they even determine that at all. My sons account is hooked up to his facebook with all his friends and such. I dont even know his password.

I'm assuming anyone with 2 accounts in the same household will be targeted now. I told them, me and my son were playing seperately. At least they allowed my son's account to stay open. It's a little upsetting considering, how can you prove who is playing? Its just silly. I think its more because I was doing well with my routine of getting oodles and getting prizes more than anything!

I also believe they may target people who post in the forums, and have the same gsn.com name.

I gave up on the account they closed, My son will continue to use his. I'm not willing to fight over it. I spent all my points anyhow. I dont know how to prove it unless I video tape myself doing my own account and the child doing his. I dont get it, we have both been on gsn at the same time as well.

i find this whole situation very maddening and disappointing.
the mail i've gotten back from gsn, leads me to believe that
no real person is even reading what was sent to them.

we have been on gsn since sometime in june, received
one book, (yes the one whose cover is curled, and they
wanted it sent back in order to replace it), and a bottle
of maple syrup.
both accounts have/had a ton of 'oodles' .
especially annoying to see how fast gsn phones their
winners, when we have been just ignored.

I had only 2 accounts in my household, one was my son's and one was mine but they closed mine saying I was using both accounts.... Me and my son have both been on gsn at the same time playing games, so how is this possible? I think they are looking for excuses to close high prize redemption accounts. I've gotten over 120,000 points on mine from playing the games and doing stuff for points. I have never cheated the gsn site. My SC name is the same as my gsn name, so like madchives said, they may believe this is a cheating site or something.

I'm really confused by it all, quite frankly. I did not break any rules, one account per person, 2 per household, but perhaps they are not allowing this anymore. They keep sending me the same emails over and over, so like madchives said, I dont believe anyone is even reading them. I still think gsn is a great site but they need to really clarify the rules since they seem to change like the wind.

it is the oddest thing, i agree gpg, when you don't
break the rules and yet end up in ppphhhttt land.
you do do the second guessing - and when you know

extra torture when one sees this when gns sends
mail back to you, (which makes no sense), and starts with this:

'We're glad that you're a part of the GSN community.'

withholding any comments.
and still think sc should just shut this thread, gsn
does not deserve any advertising.
