that really bothers me taht someone is abusing the great program that LD has. I love stacking coupons and that person needs realise if they take away the stacking we all LOSE.
And as for the mistakeb identity that suck. maybe go to your other cloest LD ?

So sorry about your terrible and humiliating experience at LD JuneRose. I have to say, after reading about this and some the other posters experiences, I'm kind of glad we don't have LD here in Ontario.

Ohhh I would have been LIVID! I don't think any store would want an employee like this representing their company! I hope you wrote that letter! What's with cashiers acting like this, or snooty with the coupons??? I worked as a server for years and even when I felt customers were driving me BONKERS, were rude- whatever I still smiled, still tried to make them feel welcome- If EVER there was a big problem I simply said let me get a manager for you- That is THEIR job! UGH!
