Why does Chapters cost more than Amazon.ca?

Have you just notice that DVDs in Chapters cost more than in Amazon.ca?

It makes me mad because i have money in my Chapters account that i want to use for Chrismas presents.

These are the DVDs i want to get... check out the difference

Prison Break Season 4 $39.19 $34.99
Prison Break The Final Break $23.17 $9.99


These are huge price differences. No wonder more people buy from Amazon.ca.

I would save about $24.88, which is a heck of alot of money.

Yes chapters cost more. I just bought a book for my hubby last week @ Indigo (same company) but I used the 25% off coupon which is good until the end of this month and it came out a bit less than amazon. So I suggest you print off the coupon before you go shopping. :D

i bought my mom a book for x-mas today, chapters had it at $39.99 and amazon had it at $19.99 you can guess where i bought it..

Didn't notice before, but I'm not surprised.
But then, too, for lots of things amazon.ca is more expensive than elsewhere, too.
