Unfortunately because Environment Canada stopped measuring snowfall in Saskatoon in 2007, the record cannot officially be broken.
(why in the world would they have stopped measuring snow in the largest city in the province?)
Was driving around the city tonight - was fine for driving, just wet and slushy.
Unfortunately, this will all be ice in the morning - plus with whatever snow falls on top of it.
