Oh oh. It sounds like what the cashier did there was award you the points for your purchase manually. This will (from past experience) cause a problem when the event points are awarded. What she should have done is annul the transaction and start over, swiping the card the second time.

What you can do is call 1-800-Shopper and tell the rep that the cashier did not swipe your card on the spot and you want to be sure that there's a record that you shopped. This is important not only for your 5000 points, but also for the 5000 points that your group leader is supposed to get because you shopped. Your group leader can't distribute points he or she does not receive. The telephone rep should be on your side, because the error was the employee's.

I just called and the customer service rep confirmed that she could see the transaction and I should be fine Let's just hope she's right!

I just got back from shopping, spent 20.81 pretax and after coupons and got exactly 200 points. I bought milk, egg, juice ... mostly food items which is nontaxable and used my DanActive fpc. I did my part group# 36 .

Cyanne, I got both emails and registered by following the link you sent me. I’m in Group 61. Before I registered, Group 61 read 8/10 registered. I noticed it still reads that so I just resent my email to you confirming I registered and have received the SDM email confirmation. Thought I would post here to let you know.
