plus she said the black ones are costlier like at least 2$ more in price then their present grey counterparts. maybe other stores which carry QUO might have sale on them too.

i don't know which other stores carry QUO except SDM.
Yeah I saw the Quo 40$ off sale this week too. I've only seen the black handled ones at one SDM so far, like one with a big BeautyBoutique. But I think the black handled ones would be on sale as well, because they were the last time there was a 40% off.
I remember mention that those black handled ones are the professional line, but definitely is pricing in my opinion even with the 40% off. I have stopped using the few grey handled face brushes that I own now that I have ELF studio line.

Oh and Quo is exclusive to SDM.

It's the exact same one from CS, and the seller here doesn't charge s/h.

please check out this link and advice is this real and authentic Mac products. I am thinking this is a great deal as mac brushes are sooooooo costly is that right?

If it's too good to be true, it probably isn't. I don't recall any MAC collections having the brushes in this type of a pouch. Here's some useful reading for you to help you ID fake MAC on ebay:

And how the title of the auction has the word Macs in it... not MAC. I don't recall seeing those brushes either, if you want an etailer that sells discontinued real MAC stuff, try allcosmeticswholesale.com I've ordered from them before they are good, shipping is high though.

    It's Fake S J.

The dents between the handle and the brush is suppose to be more indented and rounded.

Well, there's actually A LOT of sellers with these palettes. You can search up 88 Palette/120 palette/96 palette/72 neutral/28 blush/ etc etc. And just compare their prices with their shipping, the lower the better. But read up their feedback also, so that you know what the seller is like with packaging, customer service, product quality, shipping etc. Also, find sellers who carry several of these so you can combine the shipping to save on shipping (if you choose to buy several of these palettes). The one Junerose suggested isn't bad either in terms of price. I'd order from them ! :D

Coastal scents stuff is made in China anyway, the stuff is not great quality, my palette came unhinged when I dropped it once. There are other websites, I will try and look for some, that sell the same palettes, but w/o the coastal scents markings on them.

Does anyone know by chance what a safe(ish) amount is to order to avoid customs?
My order right now is ~25 on ELF before shipping.

I think $25 is right on the cusp. I have had orders $1 or $2 over $20 and they were ok.

I've had a $44 order, as well as a $32 order, and was lucky enough to bypass customs without trouble. Not sure if this is the norm though.
