Agreed! I really like it as well. They have one new product in the Studio line, the Lip Lock Pencil. It sounds like a colourless lipliner that even keeps your lipliner in place! Plus it's a twist up, which should be nice. Will have to try it out for my next order. =)

I am still trying to figure out how to get the free shipping that was mentioned pages back, maybe it was just a fluke that she got free shipping because whenever I put anything in my cart, it automatically fills in the $6.95 shipping. Anyone else ever order with free shipping?

mom4boys1girl definitely got the perks for free shipping as well. From my experience, putting anything in the cart, the shipping charge remains $6.95. However, if I remember correctly, the confirmation screen when you submit the order already showed $0 for shipping. I normally do a screen cap but it looks like I deleted it since I've already received the order. But for sure, the confirmation email shows $0 for shipping.
I think it is purely because the order made is so small, that it cost them nothing to mail it. That one order I had with 4 items totaling $15, and I had a 50% off code, and the postage was less than $2 for them. Maybe $15 is the magic number. Should see if scobee from a few pages back got her studio face kabuki with $0 shipping to confirm our hypothesis.

I had the elf hd powder in there $6 - $6 for NEWYOU code and a $3 brush and it still showed $6.95 shipping. The order was only $3.

So they are including the $6.95 shipping in the email confirmation, and when they charge your Paypal as well?
Hmm maybe it was just a computer glitch during the busy Christmas season, I heard they were getting mad swamped with orders.

FYI, the HD powder is great! It's my daily staple now. It does tend to get everywhere because of the packaging. Quite comparable to the MUFE one, which is for so much more and always breaks my heart when that one goes everywhere.

I did a test order on my paypal, but didn't hit confirm because it did show $6.95 shipping and I wasn't about to pay $6.95 shipping on a $3 order. That's why I am wondering exactly what it said for you guys BEFORE you confirmed the order.

ya well I tried to confirm an order with a few things that I wanted with 6.95 shipping and the free kit thing and I got two emails...the first one said there was a problem with the order then one right after that was saying thanks for my order...so far my paypal hasnt been touched...really dont want to reorder until I know for sure that it didnt go through...am going to email them tomorrow and see what the problem is because I have enough in my paypal just it didnt go through and its been about a week and nothing has happened...so assuming it never went through

I don't know, I paid with paypal like a week ago and its still processing. Last time I ordered from elf, it took like three weeks to receive it. They aren't fast.

ya I'm confused about it because the first email was that there was a problem then the second email said the order went through and would be processed...so no idea what is going on guess I wait and see since I don't really need the makeup anyway I just want the free kit LOL so figured I would order a few things to go with it

I've never seen that as order status before...From reading http://getsatisfaction.com/eyeslipsface, which is a customer service community with ELF employee Niki answering questions, "order not complete" could mean the transaction was declined by PayPal.
I think your best option is to contact customer service during their live chat 10-5 M-F. Never used it personally, but if you have your order number, they can apparently find out everything you need. Second would be to post on getsatisfaction, where Niki is very prompt if you post during business hours that is.

I'm certain before confirming the order, it still said $6.95. Actually I tried it out, and choosing standard shipping ($6.95) is the only option. After this stage, I'm not certain since I've deleted the pdf to my old order's confirmation.
As for the order status saying Still processing, Niki from getsatisfaction says it's a system glitch, and we should follow what it says under Ship Date. Happened to me twice where the status didn't update to Shipped until close to when it arrived. 3 weeks is not bad, I had only gotten an order shipped December 8th last Wednesday, a full 4 weeks!
