I have a question about avatar pics. I'm trying to upload a photo that is of a dancing penguin. But, when I do, it turns into a regular photo...
I've seen that others have managed to put up these kinds of photos and I'm wondering if someone can tell me how. Thank you

Its not about them not reading, its just people being negative and SC seems to be bringing that out in people lately

Would anyone agree with me that the 'tone' of late has become kind, supportive, humourous and POSITIVE?

I certainly notice a change in the thread postings. The site is much more relaxed than when I became active in the spring. At that time, members were baiting each other, "mind games" were prevalent & personal morals were preached from atop soapboxes and sounded evangelical in nature.

Ahhhh... this is much more relaxing.....

Sometimes I can't rep people in a certain thread, even tho I can rep them in other threads. Not quite sure what that's all about? Also, sometimes I can rep. sometimes I can't (yep, I know about "spreading it around" & having a limit per day).

I think it's just me trying to break SC (at the Women's Show this past weekend, I crashed a poor gal's tablet trying to log into FB & liking a certain page).

If you have, there may be an expire button depending on what forum it is in, but for ones that dont or are a reply hit the button and a mod will delete it (but don't waste their time doing it lots, they have a lot of work to do already)

I can't find my original question to see if it was answered. (Too many posts I guess). I had asked if there is anyway to cancel a post or reply once started. I often start, only to realize my comment is redundant or just dumb and want out.
(Like this one - I just realized the posts go from old to new and I was looking on page 1.)
